ORDER
Plaintiffs having filed on December 15, 1970 their
Motion for Modification, and defendants having answered that
they will consent to the said Motion for Modification, it is,
therefore, hereby ORDERED:
1. The plan of pupil assignment established by the
November 7, 1969 order of this Court, is modified as fol-
lows:
a). the boundaries of the five geographic zones of
the Leake County School District shall coincide with the red
lines drawn on the attached map of the school district; these
new boundaries shall supersede and replace the zone bounda-
ries established by this Court's November 7, 1969 order;

b) students residing within the Carthage Attendance
Zone Four shall be assigned to facilities located within that
zone as follows: all students in grades 1-5 shall be assigned
to the Carthage Elementary School facility; all students in
grades 6-9 shall be assigned to the Jordan School facility;
all students in grades 10-12 shall be assigned to the Carthage
High School facility.
2. The above specified modifications shall be implemented
commencing with the 1971-72 school year and shall control pu-
pil assignments for that school year and each school year there-
after unless specifically and otherwise ordered by this Court.
3. Defendants shall venaly, or maintain in a state of
good repair, the grounds, equipment and facilities of the
Jordan School during the balance of the current school year;
and they shall take such other steps as are necessary to as-
sure the reopening of that facility as required by this order.
4. All other provisions of this Court's November 7, 1969
Order shall remain in full force and effect.
IT IS SO ORDERED,
