Now comes Appellants and file this Motion for Leave to 
File Supplemental Appendix:

1. Appellees' Cross-Appeal raised certain issues which 

require reference to transcript pages not included in the Joint 
Appendix.

2. These pages are of material importance as they relate 
to Appellee's Waiver of issues on Cross-Appeal.

WHEREFORE, Appellants seek leave forthwith to file a 

4th Volume "Supplemental Appendix" containing 11 pages of trial



transcript, containing Appellees' directed verdict motions, 
as referenced in Appellants' Reply Brief filed herewith.
