Dear Mr. Ralston: 

Rule 26.3 of the Rules of this Court provides as 
follows: 

"When the joint appendix is filed, the petitioner or 
appellant shall immediately file with the Clerk a 
statement of the cost of printing 50 copies and shall 
serve a copy of the statement on each of the other 
parties to the proceeding pursuant to Rule 29." 

As of this date, the statement of costs has not been 
received in this case. Please forward immediately such a 
statement for the preparation of 50 copies of the joint 
appendix, with a copy of the printer's invoice in 
substantiation thereof, as well as proof of service of the 
same.
