Re: Campaign v Giuliani

Dear Ms. Dvorkin:

This acknowledges receipt and administrative review of
your jurisdictional statement.

Unless another due date has been set by the Court,
Section 500.5 of the Rules of Practice of the Court of
Appeals (22 NYCRR 500.5) requires appellant to file with the
Clerk of this Court requisite copies of the record and brief
within sixty days of the time the appeal was taken. Section
500.14 requires a $250.00 filing fee in civil cases.

If appellant has not served and filed the papers
required by Section 500.5 within the time prescribed, the
Court will issue by regular mail a notice that such service
and filing be made within 20 days after the date of the
notice unless the Court, in setting a date certain for
filing, has indicated that guch date is final or that no 20-
day notice shall issue. On failure to comply with the terms
of the original notice or the terms as extended by the
Clerk, an order shall be entered by the Clerk dismissing the

appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 500.9 (b).

Very truly yours,

STUART M. COHEN
