A telephone conference was held this date on motion to quash 

deposition. Present: Patricia Bowers

The deposition scheduled herein on November 26, 1984 of "defendants or 

their agents, servants, or employees” is continued indefinitely. 

Defendant, the attorney general for the State of Louisiana, is ordered 

to furnish plaintiff with those items requested in No. 1 of the notice of 

deposition on or before December 21, 1984. 

The State shall also furnish plaintiff with the name of its expert 

witnesses on the issue of the attorney fee claim on or before December 2, 

1984. al
