As promised, r encrose an amended complaint, a motion to
amend, and a supportingi memorandum. These documents are arrready to be filed, subject, of course, to your review andapproval. on the memorandum, you need to insert the date of theJudgers recent order, and each of the documents needs acertificate of service.

other than the changes r mentioned on the phone, we tried topresen/e the approach to the complaj-nt reflected in your initialdraft. Please call if you have any reservations at ilr aboutthings we have omitted or included.

we are real1y looking forward to working together on thiscase. rt is LDF poricy that arr cooperating-attorneys filr outan agreement to cover distribution of any funds recovered in theevent plaintiffs prevail. Please review the attached agreement
