Following up on your letter of March 15, 1993 and the March 

19, 1993 letter to me from Ronald L. Ellis, Esg. of the NAACP 

Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., I am sending you the copy 
of the draft Department of Education Study regarding Magnet 
Schools which came into our possession by accident during the 
course of the Sheff v., O'Neill trial. 1 appreciate your 
cooperation and the cooperation of Mr. Ronald Ellis in bringing 
this matter to a prompt resolution.
