Bradley v. Milliken
In response to the numerous inquiries concerning
the amount of time to be alloted for the oral arguments
in the in banc hearing of these appeals, the court has
directed me to advise you that a total of one hour oral
argument on each side will be allowed.
The Appellants will begin the oral argument and
may reserve as much time as they wish for rebuttal. The
parties should divide their time among themselves, but,
if the parties cannot agree, the court will make the necessary
allocation on the afternoon of the arguments.
