ORDER 

  

This matter comes before the Court on discovery motions filed 

by counsel for the plaintiffs. The Court's ruling will be as 

follows: 

x. Plaintiffs' Supplemental Motion for an Order Compel- 
ling Production of All Outstanding Answers to In- 
terrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents 
by Methodist Hospital, filed January 12, 1978 
  

With regard to Affidavit II, the Court now ORDERS that the 

information sought in paragraph 2.a., 2.b., 2.¢c. and 2.e., 3., and 

4., be produced and supplied to counsel for the plaintiffs within 

ten (10) days of the receipt of this Order. 

II. Plaintiffs' Second Request to Produce, filed: 
January 30, 1978 
  

The Court now ORDERS that the information sought in para- 

graphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, be produced and supplied to counsel for 

the plaintiffs within ten (10) days of the receipt of this Order. 

It strikes this Court that this information, if it exists, did 

exist prior to the initiation of this lawsuit and was not prepared

in anticipation of litigation. With this in mind, the Court 

directs counsel for the defendant, Methodist Hospital, to pro- 

duce ‘this information.
