Dear Bill:

Thank you for your copy of Ray Litt's lercer.
Please ask Mr. Litt to give us another couple of weeks as we
expect to hear from Judge Roth at that time. Any action
on our part at this time might not be advantageous to our
cause. However, if we have not heard from the Judge by than
time, we will taxe a look at the proposed new school and see
if there is any way we can reach an agreement. We greatly
appreciate Mr. Litt's sensitivity to this issue and his
concern. Cooperation from clients such as Mr. Litt make it
all worthwhile. I would appreciate it if you would see no
it that Mr. Litt gets a copy of this letter.

Sincerely,
RATNER, SUGARMON & LUCAS
