DESIGNATION OF LEAD COUNSEL
In any civil action in which a single party is represented by
multiple counsel, the initial pleading filed on behalf of such party
shall designate a single attorney as lead counsel for receipt of
copies of all papers required by Rule 5, F. R. Civ. P., to be served
upon such party, as well as for receipt of all notices and orders of
the court.
ADOPTED, this 17th day of June, 1977.
