Thank you very much for your help on this case. This will confirm that we will meet in 

Raleigh on Sunday, October 17th at 5:00 p.m. Also, your deposition will be taken by plaintiff’s 

counsel in Raleigh the next day at 1:00 p.m. The location for our meeting and the deposition will 

be the office of the North Carolina Attorney General in conference Room 301 of the “Old” 

Education Building, 114 W. Edenton Street in Raleigh. On Sunday, please meet me at the rear 

entrance to this building (the side opposite of the Salisbury and Edenton main entrance) and we 

will be let into the building.
