Dear Toddd:
I understand you got to go on vacation over the Easter weekend. I’m envious! Hope you had
a good break before the briefing battle starts!
Tiare asked me to send you a copy of the documents we have formatted, to date, for the
jurisdictional statement appendix. We are current through all documents requested. All have not yet
been proofed, however. The only documents for which page numbers are correct are the opinion and
dissent. We will hold off on numbering any others until the order is a lot closer to being final. There
is a separate list of everything included in the packet.
I haven’t received the copies of your interrogatory responses and admissions yet. Would you
mind checking to see if they’ve been sent?
