The Court has scheduled this appeal for argument on Tuesday, 
February 16, 19%8 at 2:00 p.m. 

Appellants-respondents' response to the cross appeal and 
reply on the main appeal is due by December 23, 1998. 
Respondents-appellants' reply on the cross appeal is due by 
January 3, '1299. "All briefs must actually be with opposing 
counsel and filed at the Court by the above stated dates. Please 
be aware that these dates are final and under the Court Rules 
failure to comply with the filing dates may subject the 
appellants-respondents to dismissal (Rule 500.9([b]) and the 
respondents-appellants to preclusion (Rule 500.9]([c]).
