Upon consideration of the State of Tennessee's motion 
for an extension of time in which to file a response to this 
Court's request for intervention, to postpone oral argum.ent 
and to compel production of the appellant's joint appendix.

It is ORDERED that the motion to postpone oral argument 
be and it hereby is denied.

It is further ORDERED that the motion to compel 
production of the appellant's joint appendix be and it hereby is 
granted; Counsel for the .appellant shall forward to counsel for 
the appellee a copy of the joint appendix immediately upon 
receipt of this order. The State of Tennessee shall file an 
amicus brief fourteen (14) days after receipt of the appellant's 
joint appendix.
