Dear Counsel: 

The Court has requested that the parties in the above causes file 

supplemental briefs on the effect of the decision by the United 

States Supreme Court recently decided in City of Mobile v. Bolden, 

100 Supreme Court 1490. Accordingly, supplemental briefs for the 

appellants should be filed within twenty (20) days from this date, 

with appellees' responsive briefs to be filed within fifteen (15) 

days from service of appellants' briefs. ' Any rebuttal briefs for 

appellants should be filed within ten (10) days from service of 

appellees' brief. 

  

After completion of this supplemental briefing schedule, the cases 

will then be forwarded to the Court under its usual screening pro- 

cedures.
