MOTION TO ORDER RESPONDENTS TO EURNISH COMPLETE
TRANSCRIPTS OF TRIAL PROCEEDINGS

1. Petitioner, Maggie s. Bozeman, by her undersigned

counsel, moves that the Court, pursuant to Rule 5 of the Rules

Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District

Courts, 28 U.S.C. $ZZSA, Rule 5, order respondents to furnish

copies of the following: I) the transcripts of the closing

arguments in petitionerrs triat, State of Alabama v. Maggie S-

Bozeman, No. CC-78-I09 (Circuit Court of Pickens Countyr Alabama,

Nov. L-2, L979)i 2) the full transcripts of each of the out-of

court statements emptoyed by the prosecution in pet.itioner's trial,

and referred to in paragraph 26 of the petition for a writ

of habeas corpus filed in the above-captioned matter,

specifically the fu11 transcripts of aIl out-of-court

interrogations conducted by the prosecution in petitioner's

trial of Mr. Pau1 Rollins, Ms. Lou Sommerville, Ms. Janie

Richey and Ms. Fronnie B. Rice.

2. According to 28 U.S.C. 52254, RuIe 5, "ft/h" court

. , , upon request of the petitioner may order that further

portions of the existing transcripts be furnished or that

certain portions of the nontranscribed proceedings be transcribed

and furnished. "
