On February 1, 1972 the State Board of Education, by 
majority vote of its members, passed a resolution to submit to 
the Court the six desegregation plans enclosed herewith without 
recommendation. A certified copy of the minutes of the State 
Board of Education meeting of February 1, 1972 containing such 
resolution is also enclosed herewith.
