ORDER 

Upon consideration of the motion to dismiss filed by 

defendant Town of Notasulga on March 9, 1994, and the response 

filed by plaintiffs on April 1, 1994, it is ORDERED that the motion 

is granted in part and denied in part as follows: 

(1) The redistricting plan submitted by defendant Town of 

Notasulga, which the court understands has been precleared by the 

Department of Justice, is approved. 

(2) The plaintiffs’ motion for additional relief with regard 

to defendant Town of Notasulga is withdrawn. 

(3) Defendant Town of Notasulga is not dismissed as a 

defendant in this litigation. 

(4) The court retains jurisdiction of this cause. 

DONE, this the 6th day of April, 1994.
