As you will see, several of the reports included in this packet are from earlier filings; 2 exhibits from 

the Shaw trial, and affidavits that were filed in Cromartie on March 2, 1998. The copies of the 

reports given to you at that time included color maps. We therefor have included only zerox copies 

of those documents. Please refer to the ones served earlier for color copies. In the instance where 

you have not previously been provided color copies, they will be sent to you next week.
