The interrogatories served by the N.A.A.C.P. Legal
and Educational Defense Fund, Inc. in the within matters are
disallowed. Most of the information sought has been supplied
in the reports required by the court in its order of March 30,
1970. The court has instituted its own systems, of which the
reporting requirements are one, in an effort to manage these
thirty school cases in an orderly and expeditious manner.
