MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER 
  

Defendants, Treen, et al, move this Court to grant 

a protective order quashing the deposition by plaintiffs of under- 

signed counsel for the reasons discussed in the attached memoran- 

dum.

Con'sidering the foregoing Motion for a Protective Order 

and Memorandum in Support thereof, it is hereby ordered that 

the notice of deposition seeking to depose defendants or their 

agents, servants or employees who are most knowledgeable with 

regard to the objections and contentions of the defendants relat- 

ing to plaintiffs' motion for an award of attorneys' fees and 

expenses previously filed in this action, particularly relating 

to those factors enumerated in Johnson v. Georgia Highway Express, 
  

488 ¥.2d 714 (5th Cir. 1974), is hereby quashed. Plaintiffs 

are further prohibited from directing any discovery to defendants 

as to the same issues.
