Escambia County Defendants hereby amend their designation of 

documents proposed to be used as evidence in the March 4th hearing to 

include the following: 

3. Examination reports of the Board of Revenue, Escambia County, 

prepared by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts, State of 

Alabama for fiscal years 1958-59, 1959-60, 1960-61, and two fiscal 

years of 1961-63.
