RE: Higgins and Lane v. ers
Thanks to LDF attorneys John Walker and Burl Rotenberry, the way is
now clear in Arkansas for interracial couples, who might previously
have been intimidated by state laws, to pursue their marital plans.
Thus, Arkansas joins at least 35 other states which have no legal
obstacles to interracial marriage.
