Plaintiffs, by their attorneys, have moved this Court for an 

extension of time for its hearing on all motions, set for September 

9, 1977, at 1:00 p.m.. This hearing has been set on this Court's 

calendar for some time. Due to the heavy backlog of civil cases 

pending before this Court, it would be extremely difficult to 

reset a new hearing date within a reasonable time after September 

9, 1977. Therefore, it is now ORDERED that said motion be and 

hereby is DENIED.
