This matter coming on to be considered under the motion
of the defendants-appellants for an order staying the order of the
mination of the appeal from said order, and on the brief in support
of said motion and on the record of the proceedings in the District
Court, and it appearing that although service of a copy of said
motion and brief was made upon counsel for the plaintiffs-appellees
on or before May 20, 1970, no response thereto has been filed, and
it further appearing that irreparable harm could result to the de-
fendants-appellants from the denial of the order sought by said
motion but that irreparable harm will not be suffered by the
plaintiffs-appellees if such order is issued, and it further appear
ing that the granting of such order would benefit the public interest,
it is determined that said motion is well taken, and accordingly,
April 8, 1970, be and it hereby is ordered stayed until the appeal
therefrom has been heard and determined by this Court. It is further

determined that extensions of the briefing schedule provided by the
