EX PARTE MOTION AND MEMORANDUM FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
IN WHICH TO FILE OBJECTION TO MAGISTRATE'S FINDINGS

AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Defendants, Treen, et al, request that they be allowed

until Friday, August 22, 1986 to file objections to the Findings

and Recommendation of the magistrate regarding attorneys' fees

to be awarded in this matter.

Defendants need additional time because of the length

of the magistrate's report (61 pages), because although the magis-

trate's report bears a date of entry of July 11, 1986, it was

not received by counsel until July 16, 1986, and because of prior

committments of counsel, Mrs. Bowers.

Respectfully submitted,
