Under the order of this court of November 7, 1969,
the Wilkinson County School District was ordered to comply
with the plan (Appendix 3 of the NoVenber 7 order) prepared
by the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) with
the provision that "the attendance plan submitted by the
Wilkinson County Board of Education will be considered by
the court as a modification of the Office of Education plan
or

(App.3) upon a showing through a pupil locator map of the
contemplated racial characteristics of the schools for girls.”

No such showing having been made and no further
| plan having been received from the school board, it is
hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the HEW plan shall
be implemented without modification.
