Please find enclosed the first draft of the Pretrial Order in the above-captioned
matter and a first draft of a Statement of Uncontested Facts. As you can see, I
have taken the liberty of changing the form slightly so that each of our list of
witnesses, list of documents, and so forth, can be added at the end of the Order.
I hope to have delivered to you during the day Friday a suggested list of uncon-
tested issues of law and a list of proposed contested issues of fact.
