Dear Mr. Wadsworth:
In my letter to you on October 6, 1976,
I indicated that the Civil Rights Attorneys
Fees Awards Act had not yet been signed by
the President.
On the 19th of October Mr. Ford signed
the bill and it is now law.
I enclose four (4) copies of the Senate
and House reports on this new statute and
this letter for distribution to the panel.
