ORDER
Upon inspection of the jacket file and determining
that the issue of attorneys' fees allowable to the plain-
tiffs for the maintenance of this action remain unresolved
and should be determined without further delay. it is
ORDERED:
l. Plaintiffs are allowed thirty (30) days from
this date within which to file motion for fees enumerating
with particularity legal services rendered prior to July 1,
1972, and the reasonable worth thereof, and an ftemination
of such services rendered since July 1, 1972, and the rea-
sonable value thereof. Plaintiffs shall accompany their
motion with affidavits identifying attorneys performing the
legal services for which compensation is claimed, outlining
the nature of the services rendered by each such attorney,
giving the time involved and assigning a reasonable money's
worth to the rendition of such services.
2. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the motion
anc accompanying affidavits, defendants shall respond, specify-
ing the elements of the legal services for which liability is

disputed, controverting what sums claimed are reasonable
in amount and admitting what legal services are due to be
compensated under controlling federal statutes and de-
cisions.
3. Sworn responses must be made by defendants to
all statements of fact made under oath by plaintiffs or
their representatives.
4. The issue of attorneys' fees is set for full
hearing at Clarksdale, Mississippi, on Wednesday, December
18, 1974, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Memorandum briefs addressed
to the issues contended for by counsel shall be filed with
the court not later than Tuesday, December 10, 1974.
5. The court schedules a pretrial conference on
Wednesday, December 11, 1974, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in Clarks-
dale for the purpose of narrowing the issues and determining
what witnesses are needed, and the scope of their testimony
for trial on the merits.
ORDERED this, the 16th day of September, 1974.
