MOTION OF DEFENDANTS-APPELLANTS FOR LEAVE
TO FILE BRIEF EXCEEDING FIFTY (50) PAGES, TIME HAVING EXPIRED
Defendants-Appellants City of Mobile, Alabama, et al., move
this Court pursuant to Local Rule 13(g).for leave to file a brief
in excess of the page limitations of Rule 28(g), F.R.A.P.
Counsel for Defendants-Appellants have this day been informed
by their printer that the Brief for the City of Mobile, due to be
filed with this Court by April 10, 1977, will exceed fifty (50) pages
of standard typographic printing. This excess, estimated to be
fifteen (15) pages, is unexpected and inadvertant, inasmuch as it
considerably exceeds the length of counsel's typewritten manuscript.
WHEREFORE, Defendants-Appellants respectfully request that
this Court grant leave for the filing of said brief in excess of
the page limitations of F.R.A.P. Rule 28(g).
