Dear Sirs/Mesdames:
The depositions of Alice Bonner and Ray Hardy scheduled to
take place at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively, on July 26,
1989, have been reversed due to a conflict in Ms. Bonner's
schedule during the a.m. hours. Mr. Hardy's deposition will
begin at 9:30 a.m. and Ms. Bonner'‘s at 1:30 p.m. The subpoena
duces tecum previously served on Mr. Hardy and Ms. Bonner will
remain in full force and effect for the agreed upon reversed
deposition start times.
Very truly yours,
—
. Eugene Clements
