Re: Map Exhibits Copying Costs 

Dear Tiare: 

We have shopped around for better prices on color copies for the maps on the exhibit list. 
We have found two vendors whose prices should drastically reduce the cost of producing the 
copies required for each exhibit. 

For size A, Accent Imaging will reproduce the maps digitally at the cost of $1.49 per 
copy. 

For size B, Accent Imaging will reproduce the maps digitally at the cost of $2.49 per 
copy. 

For size C, Cadd Graphics will reproduce the maps digitally at the cost of $9.50 per copy, 
plus or minus 10%, depending on how much solid color is involved. 

For size D, Cadd Graphics will reproduce the maps digitally at the cost of $12.00 per 
copy, plus or minus 10%, depending on how much solid color is involved. 

We have taken the liberty of having Amy Chiles E-mail copies of the size C and size D 
maps on our list to Cadd Graphics. We plan on arranging for a similar electronic copy of the A 
and B maps to be sent to Accent Imaging. We have not, however, made any further arrangements 
pending further discussions with you re. the final list, cost sharing, and avoiding unnecessary 
duplication. Both vendors have indicated that they could finish the orders by the end of this week 
or early next week if given the green light in the next couple of days. 

Cadd Graphics was specifically recommended to us by Dan F rey, who has had good

experience working with them in the past. As you may recall, we used Accent Imaging to 
reproduce several maps for the Summary Judgment hearing. These are the best prices we were 
able to find. For the large maps, the difference in quotes between Cadd Graphics and 
Docutrust was quite considerable. 

The phone number for Cadd Graphics is (919)852-0004. We have dealt with a Mr. David 
Thomas. For Accent Imaging, the number is (919)-782-3332. When calling that number, it is 
necessary to ask for the Graphics Department. 

Please let us know if you are able to find better prices or have made any alternative 
arrangements.
