District Court July 11, 1972 having been heard on briefs and
oral arguments, IT IS ORDERED that the stay order of this Court
dated July 13, 1972 remain in effect in this case until entry by
the District Judge of a final desegregation order or until cert
ification by the District Judge of an appealable question as
provided by 28 U.S.C.•§1292(b).
