As per Mr. Leventhal's letter of January 20, 1976, copy of
which is attached hereto, I am enclosing the balance of the
record in the above captioned cause as remains in my file.
I call your attention to docket entry on 8-25-69. I have no
record of this portion having ever been returned. I also call
your attention to the entry on 5-27-70. I have the return
receipt for this portion of the record but my docket does not
reflect this portion ever having been returned.
I am also enclosing Defendants' Exhibit entered at hearing on
8-9-72 and also Pltfs' Exhibits 1 & 2 and Defts' Exhibit.3
