The three-judge court issued this Order on Friday. You'll nore they promise to issue their
Memorandum opinion this week. This Order is unamimous. My guess is this 1s likely to

slow down the stay application, assuming the plainuffs get a copy of this to the Supreme
Court. I'm inclined to suggest to Eddie Speas thar he hold off on filing any supplemental

pleading with the Supreme Court until after we see the lower court’s memorandum opinion.
