Re: Major v. Treen

Dear Lani:

Please find enclosed my FOIA Request to the United States Department of

Justice filed last summer. The only communication I have had from the

Department of Justice is the enclosed letter from Mr. Reynolds. Bill

Quigley has had several conversations with Robert Kwan, but we have

still not received any further internal memoranda. Also enclosed are

an analysis of responses to our second round of discovery and copies

of the major letters submitted to us. Furthermore, I have included

my letters of today to Mr. Feldman asking for clarification of certain

issues.

I look forward to meeting with you on Tuesday, November 23, at 10:30

in New York. If for any reason you need to get in touch with me after

Friday of this week but before Tuesday, you can reach me at (212) 244-1569.

Sincerely,

Ss

w/ James Kellogg
