Rex G-̂ trner v. Memphis Police Dept.
Dear Walter:
I Yiave received documents which indicate that the time
for docketing the appeal has been extended, I assume
because of problems getting the transcript. Would
you send me a copy of the Notice of Appeal for my files,
I have enclosed a copy of the 8th Circuit's decision
holding unconstitutional the Missouri law that permits
police to shoot unarmed fleeing felons. A trend?
Best regards.
