NOW INTO COURT, through undersigned counsel come plaintiffs 

in this action and respectfully request that the name of Pamela ' 

S. Karlan be added as counsel of record in this matter for 

plaintiffs. Ms. Karlan is a member in good standing of the bar 

of the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New 

York, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the State of New York ' 

as attached appendices indicate. There are no disciplinary 

proceedings pending against her. 

Opposing counsel has no opposition to this motion.
