know of iny more people who could testify that:
1. they felt discouraged from voting when
theie were only whites as election
officials
or
2. they felt more comfortable voting this last
time because there were more black election
officials
or
3.theyknowofblackswhothoughttheirvotes
would not count when there were only rvhites
as election officials.
