The parties’ motion to approve the notice is granted. 

The hearing on the motion to approve the settlement is set

must be filed in writing with the Court no later than 

Seor. 3.1043 | 1993, Copies of any objections shall be served on 
  

the attorneys for the parties at the time of filing with the

objections will be allowed to participate and present evidence 

and argument at the hearing to approve the agreement. Only those
