By agreement of the parties, the Court finds as follows, to

to renovate and expand the cafeteria at its existing West Marion Attendance
Center, pursuant to plans and specifications to be prepared by John C.
Suffling, Architect, of Picayune, Mississippi, with said renovation and
expansion having the following requirements, to wit:
| The size of the arias cafeteria would be
increased by approximately forty percent (40%)
with the addition of 2,500 additional square
feet.

(b) The renovation would require re-furnishing of
the existing cafeteria to match the expansion
and replacement of deteriorated and obsolete
equipment.

Suffling, Architect, of Picayune, Mississippi, with said addition having
the following approximate specifications:
(a) The new addition would have the approximate
dimensions of 162 feet in length by 58 feet
in width, with a total square footage of approxi-
mately 9,400 square feet.

classroom, two (2) restrooms, a central ha
and necessary storage space.
3. That defendant, Marion County Sc
its proposal to the plaintiff, United States of America, for its considerati
pursuant to the orders of this Court. Plaintiff has reviewed the matter and
does not desire to enter any shiedt ion Am dastids to Stas into this
consent order so that construction may be initiated.
4; That said proposed construction will not ‘affect the
de seqr regation of: the Marion County School System, and will not promote
the recurrence of the dual system.
5. That by agreement of the parties hereto the defendant,
Marion County School District, should be granted authority to renovate, and
expand, the cafeteria at its West Marion Attendance Center and to construct,
operate and maintain the proposed classroom addition to its West Marion
Attendance Center in substantial compliance with the plans and specifica
prepared and to be prepared by John C. Suffling, Architect, of Picayune,
Mississippi.
By agreement of the parties, IT IS f RED AND ADJUDGED that
the Marion County School District be and it is hereby granted authority to
‘renovate and expand the cafeteria at its West Marion Attendance Center and to"
coenstructe, operate and maintain a classroom addition to its West Marion
Attendance Center, all in substantial compliance with the approximate speci
tions set forth in numerical paragraphs 1 and 2 hereof, and all in substantial
compliance with the plans and specifications prepared and to be prepared
by John C. Suffling, Architect, of Picayune, Mississippi.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED on this the 14th day of January,
