No requests have been made under the majority to minority transfer provision 

of the Order of November 7, 1969. 

IV. 

No inter-~district transfers have been requested or granted. 

The three White students who attend Wilkinson County Training School are 

transported daily on the same bus as the Negro students who reside on the 
same road. 

The two White students who attend Finch Attendance Center walk to school as 

they reside too close to the school to be entitled to transportation at public 

expense. The forty-seven White students who attend the Vocational Center are 

not entitled to public transportation, either.

VITIT. 

The Wilkinson County Board of Education has not sold or abandoned any school 

facility, equipment or supplies since the Court Order of November 7, 1969. 

The Woodville Attendance Center was closed by Order dated August 5, 1970, 

modifying Order of November 7, 1969. The buildings comprising said school are 

being maintained for further use in the event of the return of the students 

who have abandoned the public school system.

There is not a bi-racial committee to the school board. Two members of the 

five member school board are Negro.
