BEFORE THIS COURT is Plaintiff's Motion for Interim Attorney 

Fees, Plaintiff's Motion For Stay Pending Appeal, Plaintiff- 

Intervenor Jesse Qliver’s Motion for Interim Attorney Fees, and the 

Reply cf Defendant-Intexrvencrs Shaxonlyn Wood and F. Harold Ents. 

After careful consideration of the Motions,supporting affidavits, 

and briefs, the Court ig of the opinion it lacks jurisdiction to 

grant Plaintiff's requested relief in any of the above-referenced 

motions. 

he Court recommends the parties seek relief from the United 

States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. In the event this cause is 

remanded tc this Court after en banc determination by the 5th 

Circuit Court of Appeals, this Court will then entertain the 

motions. Accordingly, 

IT IS ORDERED the above-referenced motions are dismigsed for 

lack ot jurisdiction,
