RE: Harris v. Graddick (I,t.O. Montgomery)

Dear Mrs. Bozeman:

I write to request your appearance as a
witness on behalf of the plaintiffs in
the above case. Trial is schedul-ed to
last from February 4-8, 1985 in l,lontgomery.
We would appreciate it if you were avail-
able at least the days of February 4th, 5th
and 6th.

I will contact you the week before trial to
make further arrangements. I certainly
appreciate your cooperation.
