asking whether we should respond to. the
respondents' contentions as raised in their

for Sulrunary .fuagment. I received the attached
order as my onIY response.
At, this point the Wainwright issues have not
been briefed on our side. Shou1d we attempt
to file something before the March t hearing?
P1ease give me a call at your earliest conven-
ience to discuss our strateglf for the oral
argument.
