Here are draft motions to compel (along with a memorandurn)
and for the pro hac vice admissioni of Ron fffis and myself. lf
things look okay to you, could you please ask your secretary to
prepare certificates of serrrice and arrange to have these serrred
and filed? with respect to the Deuorandum, courd you please also
attach a signed, dated copy of our first set of interrogatories
to Clinton and McCuen as Appendix A? (f only have an unsigned
version of what I sent you. )
I'm also sending you the census information. Ir11 take care
of sending it along to Dick Engstrom.
Please give me a call next week so we can figrure out whether
to notice some depositions for JuIy in case our motion to extend
tine isn't granted.
