Dear Counsel: 

It now appears likely that this case will be scheduled for oral 
argument during the week of January 26, 198l on 4 yet undetermined 
date. If you do not receive a calendar within thirty (30) days 
of this tentative date it means it was not possible to calendar 
the case this particular week.
