Plaintiffs-appellants have filed a motion that 
a District Judge be designated by the Chief Judge of this 
Circuit to sit in the United States District Court for the 
Eastern District of Michigan for the trial of this case on 
its merits. I

Upon consideration, it is ORDERED that the motion

is overruled. This case will be tried by the Judge of the
'United States District Court; for the Eastern District of 

Michigan to whom it has beqn assigned under the procedures 
of that Court.
